Spread over 6500sqft over 4 floors, Brahma London took this new-build home from concept through to completion.

Situated in one of North London's most prestigious suburbs, our client tasked us with creating a villa-style property with traditional proportions and style in-keeping with the local vernacular.

The 2000sqft basement contains a home theatre, gym, swimming pool, changing facilities and sauna/steam rooms as well as guest accommodation whilst the upper 3 floors house multiple reception rooms and 6 bedroom suites as well as games room and study.

Planning permission was obtained with close collaboration with the Local Authority who supported our proposals after an intensive pre-application process.

Brahma London was responsible for the entire design and specification of the internal architecture & design including 3 bespoke stone clad staircases, book-matched marble floor designs, lighting, joinery, bathrooms & kitchens as well as Landscaping design.
