Project Types

Brahma London can be commissioned for private projects with a transparent fee quotation for the entire project and a full breakdown of our remit from the outset to allow for the greatest possible budget control. Any additional services that the project may require can be commissioned on an ad-hoc basis or clients can consult with us for a set hourly fee.

Alternatively, if you want to develop or redevelop an investment property and want Brahma to handle the whole process from beginning to end - we can manage that too, with no upfront fees, just a fixed percentage commission from the sale of the property. That way you can be sure we are incentivised to maximise your return on investment.
