Who we are

Brahma:- Ancient Hindu God of Creation. Part of the Trimurti (Trinity of supreme divinity including Vishnu, God of Preservation and Shiva, God of Destruction).

Ancient Buddhist God, Protector of Teachings and Lord of the Realm of Rebirth. Represented in both cultures with 4 arms and 4 faces - being all-seeing and all-knowing.

The keeper of knowledge; creator of the universe; teacher of the Buddha; husband to Saraswati, Goddess of arts and wisdom.

Brahma is a London based end-to-end Architecture, Interior Design & Project Management company - specialising in the London residential sector but with projects in the Middle East and Africa. We have also undertaken complex office, industrial and restaurant commissions.

From concept architectural design and Planning to bespoke interior design and furnishing; we take a holistic approach to every project whether a single private home or a multi-unit development.

Not for those with a slapdash or piecemeal approach to construction & renovation - our clients value the power of exceptional design and fun, original ideas that make the best out of their space.

But, it's not all just about design. Delivering those ideas and turning them into reality requires incredible planning, administration and a lot of organisation! Brahma London can take full control of project management and procurement from beginning to end as well as budget planning and cost control. This way, we ensure projects are delivered to meet our client’s expectations.

Our Ethos

Aside from a passion for designing exceptional spaces, a love of construction and a knack for planning & executing projects?

Well, it's simple really. After over 10 years of seeing the ins and outs of property & development in London, it became apparent that being able to achieve a high standard of architecture & interiors and quality execution isn't always easily accessible! For those not in the market for a top-end Architect, most of the alternatives aren't exactly for those who appreciate good design.

Planning consultants often produce sub-standard, basic drawings rushed through the planning process, after which you're left to fend for yourself with no further design input or any guidance on how to move forward on what it takes to turn paper into reality. That shouldn't be the way. Every homeowner who wants it deserves to have the full array of services they could need from a dedicated specialist in order to get the best out of their project - from fitted interiors to soft furnishings and from budgeting to project management.

That's where Brahma came from.

The Team

Chirag Khagram - Managing Director

Chirag oversees all projects and gets involved in every aspect to ensure the team collaborates to get the best possible outcomes for our clients. He directly manages larger and more complicated projects including those with more technical design & construction challenges, Planning and Project Management matters. With extensive development experience, he understands the importance of strategy and how to best juggle the many challenges that need to be overcome to take a project from paper to reality.

Justyna Leoniuk - Design Director

Justyna joined Brahma in January 2019 after having previously worked with Chirag from 2011-2012. Her role as Design Director means personally managing the architectural & detailed construction design on most of our projects. Never short of amazing and creative ideas with a flair for interior design - she knows how to pull together all aspects of a residential project and stays ahead of the trends. We are truly lucky to have her!

Brahma Design Team

We have a number of expert designers with different areas of expertise in Architecture and Interiors to support us and assign them to a project by matching their specialism to the requirements. Each one collaborates directly with our clients and is responsible for specific works under the guidance of Chirag & Justyna.

Rex Khagram - Director of Distraction

Rex, our beloved Poodle, has been with us since February 2021 when he joined as a puppy. He can usually be found jumping up and down for attention or quietly napping under a desk. We do occasionally put him to work by getting him to carry out site inspections with us or meet new clients and offer his opinions.

Either way, it’s fair to say that when you’re having a stressful day in the office - he makes everything better!
