The 19th Century manor at Park House, set in the idyllic Surrey countryside is the location of our most exciting new projects.
This listed building retains many of its original features including the ornate grand staircase, intricate timberwork and detailed stonework throughout. Brahma London is working with the lead developer and an established team of consultants to create 6 apartments within the main building and 2 exclusive townhouses within a newly constructed expansion. Each property is being designed with a completely unique interior aesthetic taking after its name from various examples of English flora to create 8 remarkable homes.
The Brahma team is tasked with coordinating the construction and delivery of the project for the JV developers as well as running detailed design and specification on all the architectural alterations, new build elements, fully-fitted interiors, landscaping and facilities. In addition, we will be producing all associated marketing materials for each property and the development as a whole.
With ever-increasing standards of regulation and market expectations, even the original building will be refitted with the most efficient in insulative materials; heating and hot water will be provided by independent Air Source Heat Pumps to each property and the site will be Gas free. Each property will come with charging for electric vehicles and the latest in smart-home technology.
The project will commence on-site in early 2023 and is targeted for completion in late 2024/early 2025.
